I’m a guide for conscious evolution: a catalyst, compass and candle for fellow travelers on the wisdom path. Having been raised in a very mainstream family, I’m a rainbow bridge between the conventional and the cosmic, the mainstream and metaphysical, because I understand both worlds and can walk comfortably in each (less comfortably in lower vibrational realities these transmutational days than previously!)

On my website, LiveYourLight.com, I describe myself as a “midwife for the soul.” I consider my life archetypal; I feel meant to “live out loud” as a wayshower and spaceholder for my sisters and brothers, as we all reawaken to our true purpose and potential, and remember and reclaim the Love that we are. In the early ’90s, Spirit’s call arrived as a health crisis. My thriving marketing communications business ground to a halt as I dove into this profound inner journey. On the far side of my ‘dark night of the soul,’ I created Live Your Light Foundation to midwife others through the transformational doorway. Besides being a planetary change agent and widely published writer, I’m a speaker, playshop facilitator, and a non-denominational minister who’s immersed myself in the esoteric arts, cross-cultural wisdom, deep ecology and many spiritual disciplines.

And just for balance: I do love chocolate. Dark chocolate. If chocolate mousse is on the menu anywhere, I cannot resist. With real whipped cream, of course.
